CIMA has developed a programme whereby CIMA members are provided with the
opportunity of receiving certain mentoring services in connection with their CIMA
membership and support in their careers.

The mentoring services (as set out in more detail below) are to be provided by
mentors and the Parties have accordingly agreed to enter into this Agreement.
